Welcome to YourClin®, a service provided by Mednetiks Ltd (UK Company No. 12891915). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the YourClin.com website, its subdomains, and related services.

By accessing or using YourClin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or related services.

1. Definitions

• “Platform”: The YourClin.com website, all subdomains (including learn.yourclin.com, support.yourclin.com), and client websites hosted via YourClin.
  
• “Subscriber” / “User”: Any individual or organization that uses or subscribes to YourClin’s services.
  
• “You”: The person accessing the Platform or subscribing to services.
  
• “We,” “Us,” “Our”: Mednetiks Ltd, the company operating YourClin.
  

2. Nature of the Service

YourClin® is a SaaS platform and automation system designed specifically for healthcare professionals. It provides:

• Automated website generation from CV or guided input
  
• Content management tools
  
• Email marketing integrations
  
• SEO and branding services
  
• Optional add-ons such as chatbot, booking systems, analytics, and AI tools
  

Important: YourClin does not provide medical advice or act as a healthcare provider.

3. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

All content generated, assisted, or hosted by YourClin — including automated or AI-created content — is for informational purposes only.

• YourClin does not provide medical or clinical advice.
  
• Content published on YourClin websites must not substitute professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
  
• In emergencies, users must call emergency services in their country (e.g., 911 in the US, 999 in the UK).
  

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and ethically. Specifically, you must not:

• Post or distribute illegal, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
  
• Upload patient data or protected health information (PHI) unless legally authorized.
  
• Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the infrastructure, or use scraping/bots.
  
• Upload copyrighted materials without rights or licenses.
  

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• You retain ownership of all content you upload, including text, images, logos, and media.
  
• Mednetiks Ltd retains ownership of all platform software, templates, backend code, designs, and infrastructure.
  
• The name YourClin® (UK Trademark No. UK00004136713) is a registered trademark of Mednetiks Ltd.
  
• YourClin Navigator® and other branded tools are proprietary solutions of Mednetiks Ltd.
  
• You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
  

6. User Content & Responsibility

Subscribers are solely responsible for their website content, whether created manually or via YourClin’s AI tools, including:

• Text, images, videos, medical information, logos, PDFs, and designs
  
• Ensuring ownership, permissions, or legal rights to publish uploaded content.
  

6A. AI Features & Limitations
Certain subscription plans may include access to artificial intelligence (“AI”) features within YourClin Navigator™ (such as CV parsing, draft text generation, logo design, or image creation). By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are generated by third-party providers and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results.
• AI-generated content is provided “as is” and must be reviewed, edited, and approved by you before publication.
• Mednetiks Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or fitness for purpose of AI outputs.
• Your use of AI features constitutes consent to securely transmit relevant professional data (e.g., CV details, specialty, biography) through the YourClin Hub to third-party AI services solely for processing.
• Opting out of AI features is always available; you may use manual content entry instead.

7. Copyright & DMCA

YourClin respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on a YourClin site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA Takedown Notice to:

Your notice must include:

• A digital/physical signature
  
• Identification of the copyrighted work
  
• Location (URL) of the infringing material
  
• Your contact details
  
• A good faith statement
  
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
  

We will respond within 72 hours and may remove disputed content pending investigation.

8. Refunds

• Subscription Plans: 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first purchase. Renewals are non-refundable.
  
• Services & Bundles (e.g., branding, SEO, content, chatbot): Non-refundable once work has begun.
  
• Golden Membership: Refundable within 7 days if unused.
  

9. Age Restriction

YourClin is intended for individuals 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you must not use the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Mednetiks Ltd and YourClin shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:
  
  • Loss of business or revenue
    
  • Website downtime
    
  • Data loss
    
  • Errors in AI-generated or user-generated content
    
• Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
  

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mednetiks Ltd, its officers, affiliates, and employees from any claim, liability, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
  
• Your website content
  
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
  
• Any third-party claim related to your use of the service
  

This obligation survives termination of your subscription.

12. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  
• You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of London courts.
  
• Mednetiks Ltd reserves the right, at its discretion, to require binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
  

13. Third-Party Links

YourClin sites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, for:

• Breach of these Terms
  
• Non-payment
  
• Uploading illegal or misleading content
  
• Activities that harm the platform or other users
  

Data will be deleted after the retention period (see Privacy Policy).
