Refund Policy

At YourClin®, we want you to feel confident in your subscription. This policy explains when refunds are available.
1. Subscription Plans (Prime, Pro, Premium)
- First Purchase: You are entitled to a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on your initial subscription payment.
- Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months or years.
2. Services & Bundles
Services such as SEO, branding, content writing, chatbot setup, email setup, or custom design are non-refundable once work has started or deliverables have been provided.
AI-Generated Outputs:
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (such as draft text, logos, or images) is not a basis for a refund. These features are provided “as is” for your convenience and may require manual editing or adjustment.
3. Golden Membership
Golden Membership is refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided it has not been used to obtain discounts or other benefits.
4. Refund Requests & Processing
To request a refund, email us at care@yourclin.com with your order details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
