• Billing Data: payment details (processed securely via Stripe/SureCart).
• Content Uploads: CVs, logos, text, media, and other website content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and manage your YourClin® website.
• Deliver customer support.
• Improve system performance and develop new features.
• Send important account updates and optional marketing emails (you may opt out at any time).

3. Sharing of Data

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform, including:
  • Hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Payment processors (Stripe, SureCart).
  • Automation and analytics tools.
• Some features of YourClin Navigator™ (such as CV parsing, automated text suggestions, professional logo generation, and image creation) rely on third-party artificial intelligence (“AI”) services. When you use these features, relevant professional data (e.g., your name, specialty, biography details, or CV excerpts) may be securely transmitted through the YourClin Hub to these AI providers solely for processing your requested output.
• All transmissions are encrypted and signed.
• Data is used only to generate the requested content or designs.
• YourClin does not permit AI providers to use this data for unrelated training or marketing.
• You may choose not to use AI features and instead edit your website manually at any time.

4. Cookies & Analytics

YourClin uses cookies and analytics tools to enhance user experience. Cookies allow us to:

• Remember logins and preferences.
• Measure website usage and performance.
• Improve content and navigation.

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.

Additional AI Cookies Note:
Some cookies may record usage of AI-related features (such as CV parsing, logo generation, or text suggestions) to improve performance, ensure security, and prevent abuse. These cookies do not store the content of your CVs, logos, or text — only technical information about feature usage.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data.
• Correct or update inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications.

6. YourClin as a Data Processor

For GDPR and similar regulations:

• You (the healthcare professional/clinic) act as the Data Controller for any patient data collected through your YourClin website.
• Mednetiks Ltd acts as the Data Processor.
• Our obligations as Processor are set out in our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using YourClin, you agree to our DPA.

7. Data Retention

• We retain your account and website data for as long as your subscription is active.
• After cancellation, your data will be deleted from active servers within 90 days.
• Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for research and service improvement.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on servers outside your country of residence. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EU, we apply recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure protection consistent with UK and EU law.

9. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted communications (SSL/TLS).
• Secure server infrastructure with regular updates.
• Access restrictions and role-based controls.

However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

YourClin is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover data relating to a minor, it will be deleted promptly.

11. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring that content and patient data collected via their websites comply with applicable data protection and healthcare advertising laws (including GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and equivalent regional laws).
