Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the YourClin Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.
This Program is operated by Mednetiks Ltd (UK), the owner of YourClin.com.
1. Eligibility
To join the YourClin Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid bank or PayPal account to receive payouts.
- Operate a website, social media profile, email list, or other digital property suitable for promoting our services.
- Not be engaged in deceptive, illegal, or unethical promotional practices.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Commissions
- Affiliates earn [20%] commission on the subscription value of each new paying customer referred.
- Commission applies to the first payment only (whether monthly or annually), unless otherwise stated in a specific campaign.
- Commission for any add-on services (branding, chatbot setup, email creation, etc.) may be included at our discretion for approved affiliates.
3. Payouts
- Payouts are made 30 days after a qualifying purchase, to account for the refund period.
- A minimum balance of $50 is required for payout.
- Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer (you must provide correct details).
- You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving payouts in your jurisdiction.
4. Affiliate Links and Promotion
You will be provided with a unique affiliate tracking link. You may promote YourClin using:
- Your website or blog
- Social media accounts
- Email newsletters (with proper compliance)
- Paid ads (under strict guidelines — see below)
You may NOT:
- Pretend to be YourClin (e.g., run ads using our name or impersonate our team).
- Use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or misleading links.
- Misrepresent our product or make false claims.
- Use spammy, deceptive, or aggressive tactics.
- Use of Prohibited Practices such as
– No self-referrals.
– No misleading claims.
– No impersonation or spam.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
- If a referred customer requests a refund within the 30-day period, the commission is void.
- If a payment is reversed, disputed, or flagged as fraudulent, the associated commission will be cancelled.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account for:
- Any form of dishonesty, abuse, or violation of this Agreement.
- Failure to comply with laws governing marketing, advertising, or email outreach.
- Inactivity for more than 6 months (no valid referrals or engagement).
If terminated, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
7. Intellectual Property
You may use official YourClin logos and banners provided via our affiliate dashboard. Any other use of our brand assets (e.g., logos, graphics, slogans, screenshots, or domain names) requires prior written permission.
You may not:
- Alter our branding
- Use our trademarks in your domain names, social handles, or ads without consent
8. FTC Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting our services, as per FTC guidelines and similar international standards.
Example:
“This page contains affiliate links. If you sign up through them, I may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you.”
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Your errors in promoting or reporting
- Third-party software failures (e.g., broken tracking, delays in payouts)
Our total liability is limited to the total commission earned by you.
10. Modifications
We may modify these terms or the structure of the Program at any time. You will be notified via email or dashboard. Continued participation means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
12. Termination Clause
- YourClin can terminate affiliate access at any time for violation.
- Affiliates can also end participation at will.
